Roles and Responsibilities for Sales Executive Job :
- Speaking to customers – either face-to-face, on video conference, or over the phone to sell websites, web applications, and software to clients
- Preparing the business case and showing the impact of a project in terms of cost , savings , revenues and benefits.
- Assessing client’s needs and making recommendations like websites, apps, and software
- Respond to tender documents , proposals , reports and supporting literature.
- Negotiating sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
- Providing technical advice after the sale
- Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of customers’ systems and processes , and then documenting them.
- Should have strong communication skills.
- Tracking the progress toward goals and documenting sales performance
- Answering questions, describing benefits, and discussing the pros & cons of various services that are offered

Desired Sales Executive Candidate Profile
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- 3+ years experience as an IT professional.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
