Roles and Responsibilities for Sales Executive Job :

  • Speaking to customers – either face-to-face, on video conference, or over the phone to sell websites, web applications, and software to clients
  • Preparing the business case and showing the impact of a project in terms of cost , savings , revenues and benefits.
  • Assessing client’s needs and making recommendations like websites, apps, and software
  • Respond to tender documents , proposals , reports and supporting literature.
  • Negotiating sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
  • Providing technical advice after the sale
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of customers’ systems and processes , and then documenting them.
  • Should have strong communication skills.
  • Tracking the progress toward goals and documenting sales performance
  • Answering questions, describing benefits, and discussing the pros & cons of various services that are offered

  • Creating marketing literature and web-based features to promote services, products, and time-sensitive sales

Desired Sales Executive Candidate Profile

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • 3+ years experience as an IT professional.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
